Refund policy

At Frandora Beauty (operated by ACCLMT, Inc.), we offer a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, free of charge.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, free of charge to you, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened personal care items, skincare, or cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements:

  • Same condition as received
  • Unused, with original packaging and tags
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at media@frandorabeauty.com.
