Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday) will be processed the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders $50 or more.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6–8 business days (Monday–Friday). Estimated delivery time varies by customer location and is typically 8–11 business days for all destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Frandora Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly.
For damaged items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at media@frandorabeauty.com so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once shipped and are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
